Blog 7: Reflection on process

The process of creating a documentary has been challenging so far. At first, I had no clue how to start because I have never done a project like this so it was hard to find out where to start but after finding a starting place it has gotten easier. I've learned more about  my community as well. From talking to people back home and to the staff in the high school, they see the same thing that I have made my problem about my community. But creating a documentary about my community is a little difficult because creating a balance between primary and secondary sources. Challenges I faced is finding statistical information and having to many primary sources so finding a way to incorporate interviews from my community. Successes I have faced is being connected with my community in a way where I know both sides of the problem so putting it in the documentary is a easier way to get my point across.
